What is the largest number of 3D Prints you can do?

It completely depends upon various factors of the parts. As a company at our full capacity we can produce more than 500+ parts ranging in an average size of 10cm cube. We have delivered 3,750 pcs of an order which is our maximum number of parts printed for one design.

For large quantities do you offer discounts?

The cost to volume graph in additive manufacturing is not significantly variant as compared to traditional mould based manufacturing. Primary reason is that additive manufacturing is itself a ground up manufacturing which means it takes the same print time it takes for 1 or multiple pieces consequently same material cost. The only cost efficiency is with overheads. But we do offer discounts to support our customers and high value orders.

Is 3D Printing cheaper than injection moulding?

It depends upon the quantities, timeline & material volume of the parts. But most of the times 3D Printing is a cost-effective and time efficient way of manufacturing parts for low volume production.
